In 2016, O.D.D. Challenge Project was established by Mr. and Mrs. Wilson as a result of a situation at their son's school. 

 

Mrs. Wilson received a disturbing call from her son’s school. Immediately, she raced to the school with tears in her eyes and heart pounding. She pulled up to the school and proceeded to the office. Trembling in her voice Mrs. Wilson asked, “Is the substitute, ok? What happened?” The administration explained the situation. Mrs. Wilson responded by asking, “Did you just say a Cheeto landed on a substitute’s shoulder and in response to the alleged situation, you called the police, filed an assault charge, and expelled my son?”

The campus had violated several policies and procedures. The Wilsons appealed the decision and won. Today their son is flourishing as an adult. He is an honor student, campus leader, and community advocate. The family has an amazing testimony.
